Compared to treated pine, macrocarpa has a more premium, natural appearance that suits residential properties and subdivisions well.

It fits the aesthetic requirements of many subdivision design guidelines while keeping costs reasonable compared to some alternatives. (Note: Parkridge covenants call for timber paling or Smart Wall boundaries rather than post and rail, so talk to us about the right option for your lot.)
